BBE is seeking to acquire companies located in the Midwestern through Southeastern United States that have the following attributes:

~Company Characteristics~

• $2- $8 million in sales or revenue
• Profitable companies that would benefit from the development of greater strategic planning to penetrate broad markets, both domestic and international.
• Companies with market channels that could support the introduction of new products either through research & development, or through alliances with other companies

~Industries~

• Manufacturing companies that design & produce high-valued added components or end use products that are used in the capital goods or durable medical products sectors.
• Industrial service companies that deploy their craft to support the manufacturing, transportation, or emergency response sectors.  Companies which require a high level of collaboration/ coordination with other providers or those which deliver complex offerings to the industrial sectors.
